Storymap Accessibility

I am wondering if there is anyway to have the Storymap Journal web app to the standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. Specifically, Why are the journal element headers a <p> script rather than a <h1> or <h2> script. Additionally, why is there a tab index that is set to zero? Is there anyway to get the Storymap adhere to the WCAG 2.0?
