How to push updates and custom configurations to multiple ArcGIS desktop and pro users

Good Afternoon. I have a question about how to push updates to multiple ArcGIS Desktop and Pro. We have hundreds of customers running Arc Desktop and Pro. I would like to know if there is an automated method to send updates to Arc Pro and Desktop on remote user's machines and how to establish and push custom configuration.
