Generate New Client Secret

This question relates to applications created using arcgis.com (ie. Devloper or Organizational accounts).
From what I can find the Client Secret that is generated for an application never expires. This makes sense in that you wouldn't want your application to stop working unexpectedly. However is it possible to
1) set a client secret to automatically expire and generate a new secret
and/or
2) manually generate a new Client Secret
