Create network dataset error

Hi,

I have a table with the road but when I create the network dataset I have this message
(arcgis 10.1 and table in Oracle 11g)

Could not create network dataset.
Table not registered [CARTO.N_2_TurnWeight]
Table attachments not supported in this release of the Geodatabase.
Table not registered [CARTO.N_2_EdgeWeight]
Table attachments not supported in this release of the Geodatabase.
Table not registered [CARTO.N_2_JunctionWeight]
Table attachments not supported in this release of the Geodatabase.
Table not registered [CARTO.N_2_Topology]
Table attachments not supported in this release of the Geodatabase.

Underlying DBMS error [Error executing stored procedure <schema>.spref_util.insert_spatial_ref::ORA-01653: impossible d'étendre la table SDE.ST_SPATIAL_REFERENCES de 8 dans le tablespace SDE]
System junction source does not exist.

We experienced this same problem also with oracle 11g/SDE 10.2 and Desktop 10.1. The solution that seemed work was to shorten the name of the network dataset we were trying to create...
