Hi there, what's happening with the gray canvas?
I'm trying to open my map (https://unicamp-arcgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=bd720a0348204602827e1f93cdf9367e) and it's not working.
It seems to have a problem with the gray canvas.

Hi Ricardo,
Sorry you are having an issue, but your story map seems to work fine for me (it has the dark grey canvas basemap).
The screenshot you included is of the arcgis.com map viewer. If you have an issue opening a web map on ArcGIS.com I would try the Web GIS space.
