Transformation definiton in ArcGIS Mobile 10.2

Question

Is there possible to change default transformation between GPS collected data (WGS 84) and map projection (I am using S-SJTK Krovak East North projection)? There is systematic error between stored data (captured by GPS)  in my map projection through default transformation. I am able to define more accurate transformation key.

Did you ever get a fix for this? 10.2.1 even with 10.2.1 the issue persists.

Sadly even after two years the situation isn't any better. We are having trouble using BNG with GPS data.

Would like to here from ESRI if there is any fix for this.
