Why arcgis java script 4.13 can not work with Samsung galaxy Tab A ? It doesn't work in any 2d or 3D environment. We are using google chrome browser and java script is enabled too.
When you say it doesn't work, what do you mean? Do you see any warnings or errors in the console?
Can you run this 4.13 sample?
