Hi Evon - for 2D at 4.x I don't think labelling is supported yet. It is for 3D:

Yeah, I haven't even tried labelling in a web scene yet... I've got a fairly decent beta at 4.x using the Calcite Maps Bootstrap template but still need to solve some specialized query task returns and popup paging issues. Need a few more widgets too - Directions, Mesure

Ohhh I see. I was mistaken then. This is not good though as it yields some pretty crazy results at times, thanks for the answer though.
