I started a new story map in ArcGIS Online, but had trouble getting a zipped shapefile to upload. One suggestion was to try a different browser.
Ok, seems simple enough. However, when I attempt to access that map in Chrome instead of IE, the map I previously started and saved isn't there- I only have the option of starting a new map. I also do not see a test map I created a little while ago, but I do see that in IE.
I'm using the same account and password both times, so I would expect that I would connect with the same folder(s) online, regardless of what browser I use. Is that not the case?
