Geoprocessing service for Data Extract tool

Any help on defining and using my own geoprocessing service that uses the coordinate system of my choice to use in Data Extract widget in flexviewer? The ESRI geoprocessing service I used extracts data in WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere coordinate system which my users can't align with their data. My data in the viewer is in QND95. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
