Get speed limit from StreetMap Premium

I would like to utilize the StreetMap Premium map data to get the speed limit from the current location of the device. Is this possible? If not is there another map set that would provide this information. I can't seem to load or access the layers from the streetmap premium data after loading the map from the MobileMapPackage.OpenAsync call.
