Track Widget Reloading Time

Hello All,

Is there anyway that we can change the reloading time of the track widget? See attached HTML sample below from Esri for the Track widget. Knowing that if you open this HTML file on the iPhone's Google Chrome, it reloads every 7 seconds. Meanwhile, if you open the same code on the Microsoft Edge Browser, it reloads every 1 second. Whereas, if you open the code on the computers Google Chrome, it dose not reload.
