GeoEvent Connection for Spillman CAD/RMS

My city is considering GeoEvent for our Emergency Operations Center and we are trying to get an idea of the work that will be involved to connect our CAD data to GeoEvent in order to push to Operations Dashboard. Does anyone know if Spillman has developed a connector for GeoEvent or if anyone has done this workflow could provide some advice?
