IE9 _getInfo Error

Question

Occasionally when loading the map using IE9, I get the following error:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property '_getInfo': object is null or undefined

There doesn't seem to be consistency on when the error shows up. Most of the time it doesn't even execute the code that call is in when setting a breakpoint using the developer tools and it loads just fine. I'm using the 3.9 JavaScript API. I've also made sure it's not running in compatibility mode.

Honestly, at this point I can't remember what we did. I did find out that the error is caused if the map div gets resized by either code or the browser while the map is still trying to load. Sorry I'm not more help.
