Ready to Use Logistics Service (Network Analysis)

Hi,

I have used the online services very successful for service and areas and location-allocation work.

I know what to generate a whole lot of actual (not euclidean) point to point distances from 10 facilities to individual residential points (=~3000).

I've been trying to use the route service to generate this as I'd like to do my analysis on 'real' distance. Would I use the route service to do this? I get stuck on how to enter all the routes (with no stops)

My other question is a bout the source of the roading network data. I'd liek to reference it properly and emphasise the reliability and validity of this data service.

Can you point me in the direction of a tutorial or provide a walk through for generating service areas using ready to use services . I am having issues loading facilities .my feature data sets do not have any xy data in the attributes .  Thanks for any help .
