Ever since the updates to the web app builder (I think it happened about 2 weeks ago) any new apps that I create in AGOL will not import into my developer edition builder. Is there a new download for the developer edition to solve this problem? I can download any apps that were created before the upgrade.

The developer edition is behind the AGOL edition. So you will have to wait until the developer comes out. I believe that is early Aug.
