Is there a way to add a Basic level Bing license key so that it can be used only in my own ArcGIS Pro projects?

The documentation on using Bing imagery in Pro indicates that the key will then be used by the entire organization. I don't think the free Basic level license key for Bing imagery was intended for such a large user base. Is there a way to limit it so that each user can apply their personal key and use it for just their own projects in ArcGIS Pro?
