I wanted to ask if there was a way to access goodness of fit for the the developed semivariogram in arcgis?
This looks like the documentation that's relevant. Fitting a model to the empirical semivariogram—Help | ArcGIS Desktop
I'd ask in the Geostatistical Analyst space. They seem to talk about semivariograms more than we do here in the Education space!
