I have a layer with graduated symbols below a layer of point features (cities), but the graduated symbols cover the point features. How do I remedy this?
That's a tough one, the symbology is not treated regularly for proportional symbols. What's the end result? if it's just an exported map then you could convert the cities to graphics, which would then sit above.
