Manage Multidimensional Raster - Error: 'Tool is not licensed'

In ArcGIS Pro 2.6.1, I'm getting a "Tool is not licensed" Error for the "Manage Multidimensional Raster" tool. Is anyone else getting this?

I have access to all the extension licenses in our organisation, plus this tool doesn't really seem to require any additional sort of licensing.

 

As mentioned by Peter Becker‌, in response to my question, I'm hoping to use this tool to append new raster slices to an existing transposed CRF raster file.

I've just spoken with Esri Support - they confirmed that this requires the Image Analyst Extension. The documentation seems to state that no additional licensing is required - so this seems to be an error in the documentation.

I've assigned myself an Image Analyst License and am able to use the tool now.
