Hyperlinks in MapTips

Question

How would one go about creating hyperlinks in MapTips?  I did this is the custom Silverlight Viewer I wrote, but seeing how innovative this product is, I don't see our clients using the custom one much longer.

Hi Jason,

The hyperlinks would need to be contained in the fields coming from the original map service to be visible in a pop-up. Note that we have a limitation where the hyperlink will display properly in the pop-up but displays as text in the attribute table.
