Has a recent Microsoft Security update for Windows 10 from around 3/13/2016 caused any ArcMap issues for anybody?

We have a number of clients on Windows 10 who all in the last week or so are experiencing corrupted geodatabases. Only Windows 10 users. All using Arc 10.2 or higher.

I have Windows 10 and have not experienced any problems. What kind of geodatabases are you seeing issues with?
