Today when I open ArcGIS Pro and set the basemap to openstreetmap it will not display. Yesterday and earlier this week it worked fine. Other basemaps work fine. Openstreetmap basemap works in the ArcGIS Online web viewer. Anyone else having problems with the openstreetmap basemap in pro today?

if you're still having trouble, try loading Telerik Fiddler and see if your requests are getting blocked or throttled by OSM. You can also contact Esri support directly to get more interactive help on this issue.
