I am analyzing how the population is changing from the city center. I used the Euclidean distance from the city center as distance. If any one know a ArcGIS tool to calculate this changes statistically in ArcGIS , please explain me.
This question is vague. What data do you have and in what form and with what software. You should examine Places and Spaces and move this thread to an appropriate location with more details. In its current form it will drift to the bottom of the pile, ignored on its way down
