I've ben playing a lot with the features of cascade. one thing that would help is the ability to create sub-navigation within immersive sections - its not totally intuitive for the user that they can move within the immersive section. Would love to see the ability to create sub-navigation here.
Well the only way that is going to happen is if it appears here https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas?sr=search&searchId=59147b4e-d00d-43b0-8d6b-4995fccc9f20&searchIndex=0 and there is a demand for it. You should post, maybe there are other people thinking the same thing.
