This dashboard map has been adjusted to include labeling as [Location Name] Centroid so the point is not mistaken as a detailed-specific location.

FYI: Over the last several weeks, many dashboards have been created to help monitor the COVID-19 global pandemic. You can access many of them from the esri COVID-19 Hub site
Not sure where to post this question, so I might need a redirect. Regarding the Impact Planning for COVID-19 dashboard that Esri is curating, is there a way to add URL search parameters so that the report for my county's report comes up as the default? Put another way, can I add URL parameters to pass along the values I want in the Select State and Select County drop downs?

I've checked with the Business Analyst team (they were the ones who developed this app). They have a planning infographic pre-created for each county in the US, for example San Diego County,

If you want a specific county infographic, just change the FIPS code (bold text) in the URL to get the infographic for any other county.
Another option, you could embed the HTML of your county infographic directly like this:
