The hillshade does not display according to the original webmap - zoom into any mountainous area to see what I mean. This used to work in 4.0

4.1 has all kinds of issues with data in different projections. Just do a search on GeoNet JS API space for "4.1" and you will find several. Just stick with 4.0 and report this issue to tech support.
