Webapp builder editing issue

I have two point feature services and can edit attributes but sometimes cannot move geometry. I can go back to the webmap and move the point and then revisit the webapp and then it is moveable during edit session. not sure whats going on. tried recreating the webapp and still same issue. does not happen for all points only random ones. using foldable theme.
