ArcGIS Find Nearest analysis very slow

Hi everyone!

I'm using the Find Nearest tool to calculate the driving distance and time from centers of 640 districts to a highway (which I broke up into 1144 points). ArcGIS has already been running almost 24 hours but not finished yet. I wonder if this is how slow ArcGIS should be or is that my ArcGIS online has stuck...Thanks!
