create .jpg map

Hello GeoNet,

I have a quick question. I want to know if there is any web-based GIS functions in which we can give latitude and longitude of the locations and create .jpg map. The goal is to build a function that takes as input lat-long and returns a .jpg of the map of that location. .jpg map will be used in Django.
