when I resample the image to the coarse resolution I get many nan pixels and the new image does not cover the whole areas How to solve this?
How did you do that? What is the Gp tool you used for resampling?
Genreally, you can use two ways in Arc to do:
1. Export via setup coarse pixel;
2. Gp 'resample'
If using tools in Arctoolbox, which Resample method are you using?
I used Arcgis. In data management tools I used resample option and selected the cubic method

Your GP used is right.
However, 'out_raster' format in your mission was properly in TIFF.
Pls try *.IMG as out_raster format...
