i use different user controls for query,

i dont have any idea how to bind my Query with Main Map Page.

Please kindly Provide me a Quick Sample.

Have you looked at this sample. This sample demonstrates performing an attribute query, adding the results to the map and a DataGrid, and zooming to the result.
