Error when creating address locator

I have tried creating an address locator to enable geocode address in London United Kingdom, There is been an error which says the address locator is damaged and cannot be repaired.
Please how do i resolve this

If we knew what version arcgis you are using and what locator type, it would help.  Your file is just a list of addresses, but you are getting an error when building a locator;  I would delete the locator, and start over.
