I am making a data series that is based on a grid over Sweden. Every page of the data series should include two data frames: the actual map extent of that part of the grid and a reference to where in Sweden that part of the grid is located. I want to make that second map frame dynamic in the same aspect as the primary one, i.e poiting to that attribute that sorts the pages. How do I do that?

You can drive the extent of your map frame by setting a constraint see https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/layouts/customizing-your-map-extent.htm. Look to the bottom half of the help topic for information about working with a map series.
