Will the ArcGIS Pro release support creation of Runtime content and Runtime-compatible packages? I don't see that capability yet with the Pre-Release. UPDATE: I found a Runtime option in the Package Map GP tool -- I just don't see it in the main application UI.
Looks like the answer is NO for Runtime content, at least for now. The help appendix lists it as a GP tool that is not implemented.
