Collector Geodatabase Error

I created a map for our laptops to be taken into the field offline with collector. They come back to the shop and sync the computers and get the error "Geodatabase completed with errors." The data comes through but the number of syncs stays on there. I sign in with my user name on the same computer and download the map and sync and I don't get the error.

Any help would be great!
