Import App: Invalid App message

Question

Hi,

I created an app using Web AppBuilder integrated into Portal for ArcGIS. In Web AppBuilder Developer Edition, I tried to import an app by selecting "Import from my account", could not see it from the list. Then I downloaded the app into a zipped file, and select "import from my computer" , it game me the error message "Invlid App".

What is going on here? Any ideas?

I know why now. I am using IE9 with Portal 10.3.1. But Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) does not support using IE8 or IE9 to access the  portal with web-tier authentication.
