I am having issues with the Identify Widget on my web application. When I use the Identify tool in my web application to identify a parcel, no results appear. Attached are the xml files and a screenshot of the problem. Can anyone help me figure out why that is the case?

It looks like you are have some issue with your url and id tags. The URL should not contain the map layer id that 71 should be in the id tag which you now have set to 0.
