It came back online about 9:15 am MST about a half an hour ago for me.
That's good to know. It might be best to mark this thread as "assumed answered" in order to close it out.
I want to know why it was down and why ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard did not show it was down.

It seems that all of arcgis.com is down today. I'd wait until tomorrow or so.
My main concern what that it was down and the status board never did say that geoenriching was down.
