Has anyone created a Graticle(other than manually) that be tied to a table for quick and easy editing or labeling?
Have you done any searching via Google or Bing for something like "township range shapefile"? You're more likely to find local maybe up to statewide data. The PLSS doesn't lend itself to easy/regular creation because of the corrections, oddities, etc.
