Mobile Project Center - Share to ArcGIS Server - MultipleWrite Exception

Dear all,

I'm trying to share a mobile project to ArcGIS Server using Mobile Project Center.

after 2 minutes waiting it says that it failed to share, and tells me to check the events log

here is the Event details:

Have you packaged your data into the project?  If the project you are trying to share to your mobile server is especially large, perhaps the server is timing you out, or there is some issue related to the size of the project. 

By the way - where did you find the error log for Mobile Project Center?  I don't know where to find this.  Not in AppData...

first of all the log can be found in the windows event logs. Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications.

the Data is packed alright, the project is not that large actually, so not sure what the issue might be.

copying the contents directly to the PDA works fine, but i want to make this through the Server so that the user can syncronize directly through the server.
