why the export grid to excel is greyed out

Hello, I have generated exception table in the Data Reviewer and want to export the table to excel. but the "Export Grid to Excel" in the option menu in the Reviewer Table is greyed out, so I can not export the table I needed. Can someone help?

I am having the same problem. Did you ever find out the reason it was greyed out?
