Get Layers from FeatureServer

How do I query a FeatureServer for its list of layers.

As an example, the following server has quite a few layers:

http://services1.arcgis.com/zNVMxBWDIe63ruII/arcgis/rest/services/interco/FeatureServer

What I want to do, is create a FeatureLayer for all the layers on the FeatureServer, and add them to my map.

I am using runtime SDK for .NET version 100.0.0
