Where i can get panzoom.dll file

I am new to the ArcGIS resource center. I am trying to workout the samples for PanZoom in VB. But i am facing some issues, can any one will help me please?

I could be wrong, but it seems you are using the ArcObjects SDK rather than the MapObjects SDK, so I'm going to move this thread over to the ArcObjects forum.
