WAB developer ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Hi,

I have trouble opening up startup.bat file, on double clicking it shows up a browser page where I get the error

"WebPage not Available"

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED..

Any Solutions. ..?
