Finding fixed aerial basemaps

Hello,

We are a small environmental firm that focus on biological and regulatory work. We do lots of work where it is important that we have as up to date an aerial as possible that is fixed in time (not a mosaic). We tried a company called Arc2Earth that was not very stable and had poor technical support. We are looking for any sort of ESRI Business partner or good quality third party that can provide fixed aerial basemaps.
