Jpeg vs JPG

Question

We discovered that attachments saved as JPEG will not display in the Operations dashboard, yet attachments saved as JPG show correctly. Also discovered that pictures taken with an iPAD device save them as JPEG and pictures take with and Android phone save them as JPG. Are there any know work-arounds for this problem?

OK thanks.  We installed an new HTML library last fall that revamped a lot of those kind of issues.  I just wanted to check in and see how things were going.

I cannot confirm that this is still an issue, we have not used Operations Dashboard since that time.
