Set stylesheet for Map Service Metadata item description?

When publishing a map service to Portal is it possible to set the HTML display properties of the associated metadata viewable in the Item Description? I would like to present the familiar ESRI stylesheet for the HTML metadata page to the user (RIGHT) not the unformatted view returned by the REST call (LEFT).
