Hi
I set subtype on Network filed in arcmap but when i show this field with popup on web application it show coded value instead of description.
Is it possible to show description on popup.

I have set up a simple sample here, using a feature layer that also uses coded values: https://codepen.io/dpayk/pen/qemwvy. Maybe you can fork it with you own service to reproduce the behavior.

Are you using MapImage Layers with SubLayers? I had a similar problem and described it here: https://community.esri.com/message/791957-re-is-it-possible-to-show-coded-values-in-4x-popups. There is a Bug BUG-000115337 which is not yet solved as far as I know.
