Missing Widgets?

I seem to be missing a lot of the widgets in 2.6. I uninstalled and re-installed but for example when I try to add the full screen widget into an app it is not listed. I have imported apps created from wab 2.5 as well as trying to create a new app all in the foldable theme. Am I missing something?

The full screen widget is an off panel widget and does not appear in the choose widget dialog that you are showing.

Here is a screenshot of the location you can find off panel widget like the full screen widget:

Widgets like the coordinates, scalebar, home button, etc.
